Sertaç is a corporate, Mergers & Acquisition and ESG lawyer. He has advised local and international clients and provided corporate secretarial services, including but not limited to capital increases, general assemblies and other corporate matters. He worked on various M&A transactions, including intra-group mergers and investments made by angel investors and venture capitalists in start-ups. Before joining Pelister Keki Sarac and Co, he practiced competition law in one of the most recognized local law firm specialized in competition law in Turkey. He attended several on-going investigations and preliminary investigations regarding competition law matters, and he participated in dawn raids conducted by the Turkish Competition Authority. Sertaç holds an LL.B. from Bilkent University and graduated as an honour student. He is currently continuing his postgraduate studies in the field of Law and Sustainable Development at the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan in Italy. He is a member of İstanbul Bar Association and he is fluent in English.
